Registry Managers can create and edit messages that can be sent to Registrants via e-mail or the Registrant Portal using the Administration > Registry Messages > Add Message Template\Edit Message Template pages as follows:
In the Manage Registry Messages section, click the Edit link that corresponds to the message that you want to edit.
The Administration > Registry Messages > Edit Message Template page displays.
Note: -_Select the Include Message Templates Created by Advanced Users to display these types of messages in the list.
Update the information in the provided fields as follows:
Click Save to create the message.
The Administration > Registry Messages page displays. The updated message is displayed in the list of messages available to be sent to Registrants.
Note: -_If the message is not displayed in the list, you might need to click on the numbered link at the bottom of the list to see the message on another page.
